A chatbot with a defined responsibility
A business chatbot needs a narrow, useful role: answer approved service questions, guide an enquiry or help customers find the right page. We define the topics it may address, the facts it can use and the questions it should escalate. It should acknowledge missing information rather than inventing an answer.
Build the knowledge and enquiry flow
The scope can include an approved knowledge base, bilingual conversation copy and a consented customer-details form. Arabic and English tests should cover real customer wording and mixed-language messages. Account connections, customer records and actions require explicit integration planning and appropriate permissions.
Plan operation before rollout
We agree usage limits, human handover, fallback messages and how to review problematic responses. Provide approved service information, your contact process and data-handling requirements. A chatbot demo does not mean a CRM, messaging channel or live support desk is connected; each connection is tested within the agreed build.
